6. Retention

Retention periods vary depending on the technology and subscription type.

Session data may be deleted automatically after inactivity.

Analytics and attribution data may be retained according to the applicable retention policy.

Following subscription termination or suspension, tracking, cookies, and related identifiers may be disabled or anonymized in accordance with the applicable lifecycle policy.

Historical analytics data may in some cases be retained in aggregated or anonymized form where permitted under applicable law.

Security and rate-limit logs are generally retained for limited periods.

7. Customer Responsibility

When customers use Envra on their own websites, the customer is responsible for informing visitors and obtaining necessary consents where required.

The Customer is also responsible for the correct implementation and configuration of the consent management solution and tracking configuration where required.
